Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 8 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Zero Stress Movers website and the moving, packing, loading, unloading, transport and storage services provided by Zero Stress Movers.

By requesting a quotation, making a booking, using our website, or engaging Zero Stress Movers to provide a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any quotation, booking confirmation, invoice or other written service terms supplied to you.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming a service.

1. About Zero Stress Movers

Zero Stress Movers provides residential and commercial moving, packing, loading, unloading and storage services across the United Arab Emirates.

You can contact us using the following details:

Email: hello@pakarabmovers.com
Phone: +971 55 194 5302

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to services requested from Zero Stress Movers, including where applicable:

  • residential moving
  • apartment moving
  • villa moving
  • office moving
  • commercial moving
  • furniture moving
  • packing and unpacking
  • loading and unloading
  • residential storage
  • commercial storage
  • collection and return delivery connected with storage

The exact services included in a booking will depend on the quotation or service scope agreed with you.

3. Quotations

Quotations are prepared using the information available to us at the time of the enquiry.

You are responsible for providing accurate and reasonably complete information about the work required, including where relevant:

  • pickup and destination locations
  • property or business type
  • preferred moving or service date
  • floor levels
  • lift or stair access
  • parking and loading access
  • approximate furniture, carton, stock or equipment quantity
  • unusually large, fragile, heavy or specialist items
  • packing or unpacking requirements
  • loading or unloading requirements
  • storage requirements
  • any known access restrictions

A quotation may need to be revised if the information supplied before booking is incomplete, inaccurate, or materially different from the actual work required.

Submitting a quotation request does not by itself create a confirmed booking.

4. Changes to the Moving or Service Scope

If the work required changes after a quotation has been issued or a booking has been discussed, you should inform Zero Stress Movers as soon as possible.

Changes may include:

  • additional furniture, cartons, stock or equipment
  • a different pickup or delivery address
  • a change of property type
  • additional floors or access restrictions
  • lack of lift access
  • additional packing or unpacking work
  • additional loading or unloading work
  • storage being added to the service
  • a change to the moving date or timing
  • items requiring additional handling that were not previously disclosed

Where a material change increases the amount of work, time, labour, transport or other resources required, the quotation or final charge may be adjusted accordingly. Any material adjustment should be discussed with the customer where reasonably possible.

5. Booking Confirmation

A service is considered confirmed when Zero Stress Movers has accepted the booking in accordance with the quotation, booking confirmation or other agreed communication.

You should review the booking information carefully and notify us promptly if any important detail is incorrect.

Availability may depend on the requested service date, location, size of the move and the work involved.

6. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing will be communicated through the relevant quotation, invoice, booking confirmation or other agreed communication.

Any applicable payment timing, advance payment, balance payment or other payment arrangements will be communicated as part of the booking process.

You are responsible for paying agreed charges in accordance with the payment terms provided for the booking.

If additional work is requested or becomes necessary because the actual service requirement materially differs from the information originally supplied, additional charges may apply where appropriate.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing information and access reasonably necessary for Zero Stress Movers to carry out the agreed service.

Depending on the service, this may include:

  • providing accurate pickup and destination details
  • making the property accessible at the agreed time
  • providing accurate floor, lift, stair and loading-access information
  • keeping relevant keys or access details available
  • identifying items that are not to be moved
  • keeping personal documents and valuables separate
  • completing any self-packing that is not included in the booked service
  • identifying fragile, unusually large or specialist items before the move
  • confirming destination access before delivery
  • informing us of material changes before the service date

8. Building and Community Requirements

Some buildings, communities, offices or managed properties may have rules relating to moving activities, loading access, lift use, parking, entry permissions or permitted moving times.

Where such requirements apply, the customer is responsible for confirming them with the relevant building, community or property management unless Zero Stress Movers has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

You should inform us of any known access rules or restrictions before the service date.

9. Parking and Loading Access

Reasonable access for loading and unloading can affect the time and work involved in a move.

Please inform Zero Stress Movers if the moving vehicle cannot reasonably stop near the property, if there are significant walking distances, restricted loading areas, difficult entrances, narrow access routes or other conditions that may affect handling.

If actual access is materially different from the information provided when the quotation was prepared, additional time or work may be required.

10. Packing Services

Packing is included only where it forms part of the agreed service scope.

If you are packing some or all items yourself, you are responsible for making sure those items are reasonably packed and ready for handling before the agreed moving work begins.

Please identify fragile, delicate or unusually shaped items before packing or moving begins.

Where Zero Stress Movers provides packing services, the extent of packing will be based on the work agreed in the booking.

11. Unpacking Services

Unpacking is not automatically included in every moving service.

Where unpacking has been booked, it will be carried out according to the agreed service scope.

The customer should make destination access available and provide reasonable directions about where agreed items should be placed.

12. Loading and Unloading

Loading and unloading services may be provided as part of a wider move or as a separate service where agreed.

You should disclose any items that are unusually heavy, large, fragile, difficult to access or likely to require special consideration before the service date.

Zero Stress Movers may decline to handle an item where doing so would create an unreasonable safety risk or where the work falls outside the agreed service scope.

13. Furniture Moving

Furniture moving may involve selected items or form part of a wider residential or commercial move.

You should identify large, delicate, unusually shaped or restricted-access furniture before the booking is confirmed.

Furniture dismantling, assembly or specialist installation should not be assumed to be included unless it has been expressly agreed as part of the service.

14. Items You Should Keep With You

You should keep important personal items in your possession rather than placing them in the general moving inventory.

These may include:

  • passports and identification documents
  • personal and legal documents
  • cash
  • bank cards
  • jewellery and high-value personal items
  • medication
  • keys
  • mobile phones and essential chargers
  • items you will need immediately during or after the move

Zero Stress Movers should not be asked to take custody of cash, important personal documents or similar valuables as part of an ordinary moving service unless an arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing.

15. Items We May Refuse to Handle or Store

Zero Stress Movers may refuse to move, transport, pack or store items that are unlawful, unsafe, hazardous, unsuitable for ordinary moving or storage, or outside the agreed service scope.

Examples may include:

  • illegal or prohibited goods
  • explosives or highly flammable materials
  • dangerous chemicals
  • compressed gases or other hazardous materials
  • weapons or restricted items where handling would be unlawful or inappropriate
  • live animals
  • perishable goods that are unsuitable for the planned service
  • items presenting an unreasonable health or safety risk

If you are unsure whether an item can be moved or stored, ask Zero Stress Movers before the service date.

16. Fragile, Valuable and Specialist Items

You should disclose unusually fragile, valuable, delicate, oversized or specialist items before the service is confirmed.

This may include items requiring special packing, access, equipment, handling or third-party expertise.

Zero Stress Movers may determine that certain items require a separate arrangement or fall outside the ordinary scope of the requested moving service.

17. Pre-Existing Damage and Condition

Furniture, equipment or other items may already have marks, scratches, loose components, wear, structural weakness or other pre-existing conditions before moving begins.

You should notify Zero Stress Movers of significant existing damage or fragile conditions where they may affect safe handling.

Zero Stress Movers is not responsible for damage that existed before the service or for deterioration caused by an item's existing condition, except to the extent required by applicable law.

18. Storage Services

Storage may be arranged for residential or commercial items where agreed as part of the requested service.

Storage requirements should be discussed using information such as:

  • the type of items being stored
  • approximate quantity or volume
  • collection location
  • expected storage period
  • larger, fragile or unusual items
  • expected return or delivery requirements

Specific storage features, access arrangements or facility characteristics should not be assumed unless they are expressly confirmed by Zero Stress Movers for the relevant booking.

19. Storage Period and Return Delivery

The expected storage period should be communicated when the storage requirement is arranged.

If the required storage period changes, please notify Zero Stress Movers as soon as reasonably possible.

When stored items are required again, the preferred delivery date, destination and relevant access details should be confirmed so return delivery can be arranged.

Storage and return-delivery charges, timing or other conditions will be governed by the applicable quotation or agreed arrangement.

20. Delays

Zero Stress Movers will make reasonable efforts to carry out confirmed services according to the agreed arrangements.

However, moving and transport services can be affected by circumstances outside reasonable control, including:

  • traffic conditions
  • road closures
  • vehicle access restrictions
  • building access delays
  • lift availability
  • customer or third-party delays
  • weather conditions
  • accidents
  • government restrictions
  • emergencies
  • other events outside reasonable control

Where a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where practicable.

21. Customer-Caused Waiting Time or Additional Work

Additional time or work may be required where the property is not accessible, the agreed inventory is not ready, access information was inaccurate, building requirements have not been arranged, or the service scope changes at the property.

Where such circumstances materially increase the work required, additional charges may apply if appropriate and permitted under the agreed service terms.

22. Rescheduling and Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, contact Zero Stress Movers as soon as reasonably possible.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit or refund conditions applicable to your booking should be communicated through the quotation, invoice, booking confirmation or other agreed communication.

Where Zero Stress Movers has already incurred reasonable costs or committed resources specifically for a confirmed booking, those matters may be taken into account subject to the agreed booking terms and applicable law.

23. Inspection After Delivery

You should check the delivered items within a reasonable period after the moving or delivery service is completed.

If you believe an item has been lost or damaged during a service provided by Zero Stress Movers, notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide sufficient information for the matter to be reviewed.

Useful information may include photographs, a description of the item, the nature of the issue and relevant booking details.

24. Damage and Claims

Any report of loss or damage will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the relevant service, including the agreed scope, condition of the item, packing responsibility and available supporting information.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

Any specific liability arrangements, limitations or claim procedures communicated in an agreed quotation or booking document should be read together with these Terms & Conditions.

25. Self-Packed Items

Where items are packed by the customer or another third party, Zero Stress Movers is not responsible for the adequacy of that packing.

Any assessment of damage involving a self-packed item may take into account the condition and suitability of the packaging used, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the service.

26. Third-Party Services

Some aspects of a booking may involve third-party providers, property management, building security, communication platforms or other independent services.

Zero Stress Movers is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies or availability of third parties that are outside our reasonable control, except where responsibility arises under applicable law.

27. Force Majeure and Events Outside Reasonable Control

Zero Stress Movers will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

Such events may include severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, road closures, government actions, civil disturbances, public emergencies, utility failures, unexpected transport restrictions or similar events.

Where reasonably possible, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate next step if such an event affects a confirmed service.

28. Website Use

The Zero Stress Movers website is provided for general information, service enquiries and quotation requests.

You agree not to use the website:

  • for unlawful purposes
  • to interfere with website security or operation
  • to submit fraudulent or misleading enquiries
  • to attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
  • to distribute malicious software or harmful code
  • in a way that infringes the rights of Zero Stress Movers or another party

Ordinary communications concerning an existing enquiry or booking are considered service communications rather than promotional marketing.

34. Accuracy of Customer Information

You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to Zero Stress Movers is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Please notify us promptly if important information changes, including:

  • contact details
  • moving date
  • pickup address

  • inventory

  • storage requirements

35. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zero Stress Movers will be responsible only for loss or damage for which it is legally liable having regard to the circumstances of the relevant service.

Zero Stress Movers will not be responsible for loss or damage resulting solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, inaccurate customer information, undisclosed pre-existing conditions, unsuitable self-packing, prohibited items, or acts of independent third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

36. Indirect Loss

To the extent permitted by law, Zero Stress Movers will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a service delay, property-access issue, customer-caused delay or other matter outside the agreed service scope, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

37. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a concern about a quotation, booking or completed service, please contact Zero Stress Movers promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

Please provide:

  • your name and contact details
  • the relevant service or booking details
  • a clear description of the issue
  • any photographs or documents relevant to the matter

We will make reasonable efforts to review customer concerns and respond appropriately.

38. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute relating to these Terms & Conditions or services provided by Zero Stress Movers will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or authorities in the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rights or procedures available under applicable law.

39. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

40. No Waiver

If Zero Stress Movers does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, that does not necessarily mean that the relevant right has been waived.

41. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the applicable quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, agreed service scope and Privacy Policy.

Where a specific written booking term has been expressly agreed for a particular service, that specific term may apply to that booking alongside these general Terms & Conditions.

42. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

Zero Stress Movers may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, website, operational procedures or applicable legal requirements.

The most recent version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Terms applicable to an already confirmed booking will be considered together with the terms communicated when that booking was made.
